Team Meetings serve many purposes. We use them to discuss, learn, reflect, practice, get to know each other, form bonds, complete tasks, address issues, celebrate wins and so much more! We meet at different “Home Bases” throughout the year to give the young professionals exposure to different professional environments.
Our first Home Base this year was Grassy Lake Hunting Club. Collin Cain and his late father, Gerald Cain, were some of the first investors in our program and I think that we have started out there for all 11 years of UCCEO! Collin is always welcoming and glad to see us and we appreciate his continued support!
Currently, we are meeting at the Union County Farm Bureau in Jonesboro. They are also investors in our program and we are grateful for their support of us! It’s a great space to get our work done!
Thank You to Grassy Lake Hunting Club and Union County Farm Bureau for being part of our UCCEO family and part of our continued growth and longevity!
