On the Farmer's Market--I have always driven by the market in the morning but never knew all the work that was needed to make it run. I also found it very fascinating that the farmers would go to multiple markets throughout the Southern Illinois region. On the fair tour: I found that the fair has a lot more complexity than I had expected. I always thought that it was very simple such as rides, vendors and animals. I never thought of all the money and time that had to be put into the fair. I didn't realize that they would have to pay so many bills and cover so many things with insurance. 08/23/2017
