Throughout the program, each mentor is paired with a student to offer real-world guidance, honest feedback, and a listening ear as they build their businesses from the ground up. It's not about having all the answers — it's about showing up, asking good questions, and reminding these young entrepreneurs that someone believes in what they're building.
For our students, that kind of relationship can be transformative. A mentor's encouragement often becomes the confidence a student needed to keep going after a tough week. Their honest critique sharpens a business plan. Their willingness to share their own story — successes and setbacks — teaches lessons no classroom ever could. Many CEO alumni will tell you their mentor relationship is one of the things they remember most, long after the program ends.
To our mentors: thank you. Thank you for saying yes to this commitment, for carving out time in already-full schedules, and for trusting the process even when it asks a lot of you. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, your networks, and your hard-won experience so freely. What you're giving these students goes far beyond business advice — you're showing them what it looks like to invest in someone else's success.
