On Tuesday, our Class of 2027 CEO students stepped into their first taste of the professional world at our Annual Board Breakfast, held at the beautiful Davie School Inn.

Beyond the wonderful food and fellowship, this breakfast served as a valuable hands-on experience for our students — an exercise in networking, professional etiquette, and observing a formal board meeting in action. These are the kinds of real-world skills that will serve them well far beyond the CEO program, in both their professional and personal lives.

Innkeepers Lyle and Tammy Woodrum once again went above and beyond, preparing and serving a delicious breakfast buffet and opening up their spacious gym space just for us. Lyle and Tammy have generously hosted this breakfast for our program for several years now, and their hospitality never fails to make us feel welcome and cared for. From the incredible food to the warm atmosphere, everything about this morning reflected the kind of generosity that makes Union County such a special place to grow young entrepreneurs.

Thank you, Lyle and Tammy, for once again opening your doors and your hearts to our CEO family. We are so grateful for you! 💛
