Friday marked the final day for the 2026 Union County CEO Team! 🖤🧡

We wrapped up an unforgettable nine-month journey with a wonderful potluck celebration at Traditions at Mom's Kitchen. A huge thank you to Kassi Needling for hosting us and helping make our final morning together so special!

As part of their last journal assignment, the students were asked to reflect on their experiences throughout this year. The overwhelming theme woven throughout their reflections was appreciation — appreciation for the opportunities, the relationships, the growth, the challenges, the lessons learned, and the incredible support they received from this community along the way. Many of them also expressed how the bond they built with one another became so much more than simply being a team; over the course of these last nine months, they became like family.

Over the past nine months, these young professionals have stepped outside their comfort zones, built businesses, strengthened their communication and leadership skills, and gained a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. While the program may officially be ending for this team, the impact of their experiences and the connections they’ve built will continue far beyond today.

We are so proud of each of them and incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this year possible — our investors, mentors, business hosts, speakers, families, friends, and community supporters. Thank you for believing in and investing in the future of our youth and our communities.

Once a member of the CEO family, always a member of the CEO family. ❤️
