If you like cheesecake, you need to know about Schoolhouse Cheesecakes! 🍰✨
On Monday, February 9, 2026, our UCCEO team had the pleasure of visiting this incredible Anna-based small business—and the story behind it is just as sweet as the cheesecake. 🧡
Schoolhouse Cheesecakes was started in 2017 by Bryce Osman as his individual Union County CEO business. With a family-loved recipe from his mom, Jennifer Osman, Bryce took on the challenge of learning the art of cheesecake baking 🍽️ and the fundamentals of running a business 📊. His hard work paid off—and the business lives on today!
Bryce recently shared that during an interview for his current sales position, he highlighted starting his own business through the CEO program. That experience sparked a meaningful conversation with his interviewers and helped him land the job—proof that CEO skills continue to open doors long after graduation 🚪💼.
Today, Schoolhouse Cheesecakes is thriving, offering a variety of flavors and custom orders. You can find their slices and bites at local favorites like Kiki's Coffeehouse, Farmstead Market, StarView Vineyards, Havisham Bourbon, Brew & Spirits, and Taco Jim's 🧁☕🍷.
Jennifer and Shane are just as passionate about giving back as they are about great cheesecake—supporting local schools, teams, community fundraisers, and UCCEO initiatives along the way 🤝❤️.
Their story is inspiring, their enthusiasm is contagious, and yes—we absolutely enjoyed some delicious cheesecake cookies during our visit 😋🍪
