CTE provides targeted training and hands-on, real-world learning that helps students explore career pathways and build skills that truly matter in their local communities.
That mission aligns closely with the Union County CEO Program. Both CTE and CEO connect learning to:

✔️ real possibilities
CEO serves students who are college-bound, workforce-ready, or still exploring which path fits best—especially those who thrive in applied, hands-on learning environments. While CEO is often associated with entrepreneurship, participants are exposed to many career pathways, including skilled trades, technical careers, apprenticeships, and beyond.
This National CTE Month, we’re proud to highlight how CEO works alongside CTE to expand access to experiential, community-based career exploration right here in Union County.
