Our room was filled with energy as mentors and students connected over individual businesses, business plans, and real-life lessons that go far beyond the classroom. These moments of honest conversation, encouragement, and shared experience are where growth truly happens.

Mentorship plays a vital role in shaping these young professionals—providing guidance, accountability, and the confidence to take bold steps forward. As John C. Crosby wisely said, “Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.” Our mentors exemplify this every day, and we are deeply grateful for their commitment, wisdom, and willingness to invest in the next generation of entrepreneurs.
